As.Roma is crashing out of every competition

Rudi Garcia is not going through the best of times with As.Roma as the Italian club has been experiencing a string of underwhelming performances and their latest result has seen them getting knocked out of the Coppa Italia after losing against the Serie B team Spezia.

As.Roma has also been dropping points in the Serie A after drawing with Torino and Napoli in their 2 latest league matches and also losing against Atalanta.

Dropping a few points in the Italian League is not such a big sign of worry for As.Roma but crashing out of the Coppa Italia was a huge blow for Rudi Garcia and his men as the Coppa Italia was their most realistic piece of silverware that they could obtain in this season.

The Italian club did manage to qualify into the last 16 remaining teams that are competing in the Champions League but they have to face off with Real Madrid on February in a match that has the team of Rafael Benitez as the big favorites and it will be extremely difficult for As.Roma to be able to make it any further in the European competition.

As.Roma was knocked out of the Coppa Italia on December 16 during a penalty session against Spezia and after the match reached it’s end, Rudi Garcia took a chance to voice his determination and commitment that he has to As.Roma as the French manager stated that he won’t resign or leave his position in the club even with all of these disappointing results.

"I will not quit. I will stay on and fight to the death. I will speak to the players, but the truth is we have no excuses tonight." This was Rudi Garcia’s statement that he released after witnessing his team crash out of the Coppa Italia.

Despite all of the engagement that Rudi Garcia has demonstrated to have with As.Roma, if the negative results continue to emerge, his dismissal from the club will occur.
